Eight divers or fewer per departure. No fleet liveaboards. No crowd on the reef. Lara has been on the eight-diver model for fifteen years and the math has not changed.
No feeding, no touching, no chasing. Wildlife is observed, not performed for. Operators who break this lose their charter. We have done it.
Local divemasters with decade-plus seasons at the sites they run. Not rotating instructors. The guide is the variable that decides what you see.
Trip prices include what they say they include. No optional fees that arrive at the boat. No park-fee surprises. The deposit covers the deposit.
We ask past guests. If the same divers come back two seasons in a row, that is the only review that matters. Operators with zero repeat customers do not get chartered.
